Can't update driver 19.12.2 on RX 5700 XT, always error 173

I try remote all drivers in save mode, start amdclear tool, disable intel graphics.... always error 173.

how update, or get me link old drivers.... this critical moment on my work.....

Update: After remove Card PCI-E Broadcom WiFi update driver 19.12.2 success, then put card back!

I'm in the same boat on two machines, one less than a year old and one less than a month old. It is the installer, AFAICT. DDU/AMDCleaner and reinstall of old drivers recognizes the cards just fine so it isn't a hardware issue. Am also using Sapphire products under Windows 10, FWIW.
