i can't see tuning settings under performance tab and i want to overclock my gpu can someone help me?

If you installed 21.10.2 there's a warning in the release notes about this.

Its listed under "known issues" and even the adrenaline update feature will not update you to this version.

Roll back the driver to 21.10.1 or earlier.

There is no Tuning (OC) function for laptop processors with graphics (apu).
