Hi Everyone,
Can´t use StoreMI (don't know the versión, just downloaded from https://www.amd.com/es/technologies/store-mi). After install it says "StoreMi requires at least one hard disk drive and one SSD to function. Please configure the system with such. Please click here for additional minimal system information" and sows a "Close" buttom.
But, I alrready have an empty SDD and a Hard Disk:
- SSD: A 256GB, unpartitioned, unformated, visble as "Basic Disk"
- M2 512 GB for C:, with Windows 10
- HDD: WesternDigital My Book 25EE USB Device, 8TB in size, as "Basic Disk"
- MotherBoard: ASUS TUF B450M-Plus Gaming AMD Ryzen 2 AM4 DDR4 HDMI DVI-D M.2 mATX
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Eight-Core
- O.S: Windows 10 Pro, Version 21H1
- Video: NVidia GeForce GTX 1650
How can I solve this issue?
