Can't install fresh graphics/display drivers (Ryzen 5 2500U, Hp Envy x360)

I own a HP x360 Envy with Ryzen 5 2500U. (Bought in 2018)
Today, I was cleaning some files and I guess I went a bit overboard with it and deleted some important AMD files, after which my Display adaptor stopped being recognized. (Using default Microsoft display adaptor ATM)
The main symptoms are me not being able to change the brightness level on my laptop, not being able to put it to sleep, and the system being slow in general.

I looked online how to solve the problem, and came across a video showing the use of a tool called Display Drive Uninstaller (DDU) to delete the AMD graphics completely and install a fresh copy, which I tried.

The problem is that when I try to install the latest graphics drivers for my laptop from the official HP website, it shows me 2 options for installation: Custom and Express.
If I choose the express option, my laptop crashes while trying to install the AMD Sensor hub driver and shows this BSOD message on startup:
Stop Code: WDF_VIOLATION
What failed: amdsfhkmdf.sys

After this, I'm forced to use Windows recovery mode to go to last restore point (after getting error and force shutting down 3 times)
So, after this I tried going to custom install and deselecting only the AMD Sensor Fusion Hub driver and installing everything else:

The install finished correctly without my PC crashing, and I was able to restart my PC through the AMD software app prompt. However, after restarting my problem persisted, with me still being unable to change brightness or put laptop to sleep, and it being slow. The driver still doesn't work properly.

Currently, I'm at a loss of what to do. Assistance would be much appreciated.

You do realize that many files named amd...............sys may be actual x86 OS files.

Maybe you need to repair install Win.10 OS, before trying a driver download.

Tried using Windows Startup repair, didn't work.

I've tried using HP recovery manager to update my drivers as well, but I get the same amdsfhkmdf.sys error.
