Can't install drivers of 2020 with AMD Radeon HD8790m

I am using Dell latitude E6540 which is having dedicated graphics of amd radeon hd8790m. Since the first day I am having some serious kind of issue with installing amd drivers, whenever I install its official latest drivers from amd official site most of the time the installer just hang on middle and whole of system just freezes if I hard restart my pc, next time on booting display is totally gone, so somehow I needs to go in safe mode to uninstall amd drivers then display works. One time I got the graphics drivers for my AMD, but they're not updated in the dell's website (2015 drivers) and the FPS in games are the same thing compared to my Intel HD Graphics 4600. I think that If I could get the 2020 Adrenalin update, It would be better FPS.

The problem is that basiclly I can't. If somebody can help me or show me how can I get the 2020 update it would help a lot (pleeeease, a clear explanation step by step cause I just re-installed windows like 6 times since I'm trying to get the 2020 drivers and I hate this.. :/)

I had been desperately trying to find a fix for this as well until I came across this thread a couple days ago. Follow ALL the steps in the first solution provided-DDUing current drivers in safe mode all the way to deleting the C:\AMD after reboot- and you should have the driver software running without any issues, apart from one.

The CPU will almost immediately hit 30% on idle and keep running at full clock regardless of what you do. To fix that, terminate the radeon process in task manager, go to the videos folder of your windows installation and creat a folder called Radeon Relive. Relaunch the driver software and you should be good to go. Hope this helps
