Can't install ANY CHIPSET driver.

Hello guys, so this problem I have is kinda weird I cannot install any chipset drivers.

R5 2600

Tomahawk B450 lastest bios

Win 10 Edu

Vega 64 Adrenaline 20.4.1

Doesn't matter if it's the latest driver or older drivers. Installation is always not successful.

I attached log from latest chipset driver.

I don't have any chipset drivers in control panel if I try to uninstall.

I looked in your log file, and it seems like it returned a 1603 error..

Google 1603 error, and go to the MICROSOFT page for it. I have a link, but if I add it in this message you won't see it for some time due to moderators have to approve

From the log:
