Can't change the keybind for ALT+R (Radeon Overlay) 18.3.4 and 18.3.3 on RX 580, and Freesync has a ton of strobing or flickering, wich it didnt before on my older graphics card, with my samsung CFG70.
There's really not much to say, I've tried everything to fix the freesync, this seems to be a drivers issue. I've even thought the monitor was broken or something, tried it with the exact same model and a different monitor, same issue it's gotta be a software issue. I remember it used to work fine on my old graphics card. 7870
Also, the ALT+R keybind isn't changeable. the option just isn't there.
