Can someone help me find the correct AMD Chipset/Cpu drivers.

Hey guys recently upgraded to Windows 10 and can't seem to find the correct drivers when i thought i need the 970 chipset drivers, but when i click on the notes it says its only for Ryzen processors. It's been a few years since I've been a part of the Master Race so sorry if this is a really obvious/dumb answered question. My specs are: Windows 10 64bit, MSI 970Gaming, Fx-6300, R9 290x. Thank You

Go ahead and install the Chipset from here: 970 Drivers & Support | AMD .

The software should only install the drivers that your motherboard needs. I imagine since you don't have a Ryzen CPU or APU installed it won't install the AMD RYZEN BALANCED POWER PLAN but it should update any CHIP SET Drivers for your 970/SB950 Motherboard.

NOTE: MSI SUPPORT doesn't have any Windows 10 CHIPSET Drivers on their Support page for your Motherboard. Only for Windows 7.
