I have bought a new RX 6700xt and RX 6800 GPUS and I have notest the FPS is locked to 144fps as my screen is 144hz, my old RX VEGA 64 did not have this problem I try to fix it and I found that the option (wait for vertical refresh) in the global graphics does not affect on games if I sit it on always off, also FreeSynic when I use it with the RX VEGA 64 the fps will be unlocked now with the RX 6700xt or RX 6800 it will not, I was able to fix it by going back to older drivers like 22.1.2 or older drivers, any newer drivers like 22.3.1 or above have this problem with me, also I have some friends who have the RX 6000 GPUS and the have the same problem.
