Can I buy a replacement System board as im having usb issues

Hi, Can I buy a replacement System board as im having usb issues, if so where would i look? Sorry but i have no idea what i need to replace.

My stem board info is amd a10-9700 radeon r7 10 compute cores 4c+6g I think.

Without any computer information I will be guessing, but if you have a laptop, unless under Warranty, it will be cheaper to purchase a new laptop.

If you have a Desktop than yes you can replace the Motherboard as long as it is compatible with your RAM & CPU you have now.
