Browser problem after flashing gpu bios rx 580

Hello, i have problem with browsers after flashing my bios, browsers open slow and show a blank screen for a few seconds like this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LnkSWzyB1V8

The strange thing is, if i uninstall my gpu drivers it works normally and opens really fast without any delay and the white blank screen. What is this issue caused by ? Any suggestions ?

You just answered your question at Subject.

Why did you flash it?

It work faster without driver because it use software render.

Get the old BIOS back and don't mess with flashing unless you're a hardcore overclocker. If you need to modify parameters in excess of what standart OC utilities, like Afterburner, allow, use MPT (MorePowerTool).

I made a huge mistake and lost my original bios file, the bios files I have found on techpowerup doesnt fix the issue. I have already contacted sapphiretech (since its a sapphire pulse ) for support to get the stock bios back. Question is if they cant lend me a stock bios file, can amd help me with the issue ? And can I modify the bios file to fix this issue

AMD can't help you with your GPU card since it is a 3rd party GPU card. Only Sapphire can provide the correct BIOS for your GPU card.

Plus if the GPU card was under Warranty you just voided it by flashing the BIOS unless Sapphire gave you the BIOS to flash.

Which brings us to the point: what DID you modify? Did you adjust anything except power limits and clock values?

Doesn't the ATI Flash program have the option to Backup your vBIOS before Flashing?

If it does and you didn't do it then you made a big rookie mistake in my opinion.

But in the past some other Users, I believe,  have mentioned that Sapphire has provided BIOS for their GPUs even if out of Warranty.

NOTE: If it is a BIOS issue why doesn't it occur all the time and not just with certain browsers?

I would try to install a previous or latest AMD Driver just rule out the Graphics Driver as the problem. Latest RX580 Driver from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-580
