hi, i got my laptop a few time ago (acer swift 3 with a ryzen 5 3500u and vega the laptop is fine but when i try to update my graphic card driver i always got a blue screen, i tried to change my windows version, change bios version but i have always the same probleme, i also have a blue screen when i try to pass from w10 to w11 by the windows updater which obliges me to use a iso version of windows (i came back to w10)
the shutdown code : CRITICAL PROCESS DIED
