Blank screen at boot R9 390 BenQ XL2730Z 2560x1440@144Hz 19.1.1

Computer boots up with a blank screen when Windows loads, but displays fine before when it's at UEFI. Monitor power light is white (instead of orange for inactive).

Workaround is to turn monitor off and on.

Other display modes seem to be fine. It seems that only 2560x1440@144Hz doesn't work correctly at boot without messing with projector/sleep modes. For example, 1920x1080@144Hz works fine at boot.

The problem appears to go away when I uninstall 19.1.1 and let Windows Update install the version that they have which is 17.1.1. I also noticed that the first boot after installing 19.1.1 works fine, and tat it does start up at 2560x1440@144Hz.

I've since ordered a certified 1.4 DP cable in the hopes that maybe it'll fix it.

Put in the new DP 1.4 cable and it still boots up to a black screen.

Some developer out there in AMD must have heard me because the issue is gone with 19.2.2

Thanks
