Hi guys
I just installed 19.12.2 after using amd clean utility and after that my pc shows black screen and using advanced settings of windows 10 i booted in low resolution mode where it seemed to boot fine. Now in that mode i was able to find out that windows 10 is having trouble loading driver according to device manager and also radeon settings opened the pop saying no amd graphics card installed.In the device manager it does show up with rx 580 name but with warning sign.
Then i used DDU and the result was same
Then i installed 19.12.1 and it installed and booted fine
Then i installed 19.12.2 on 19.12.1 but result was same
So i just settled on 19.12.1 not knowing the fix
Any idea whats going on?

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 1909 64-Bit all latest updates installed
Display Device: Dell U3014 2560x1600 60hz connected using display port
Motherboard: DQ77MK Bios version 0074
CPU: Intel Core i7 3770
RAM: 16GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Power Supply: 650w
