Black screen after ALT+TAB Destiny 2 with driver 19.12.3
This problem may not be related to the graphics card. The game has a different protection that prevents image captures. Try borderless windowed mode. Or try to disable Windows Fullscreen Optimization....
It's Radeon Enhanced Sync on your Destiny2 config on Radeon Software. Take it off and it will be fixed.
