as benchmark results on this site show, the rx 5700 xt performs worse than a 2060 super, with minimum fps far worse.
i did tests myself and i found out that the performance is a bit better when tested in fullscreen instead of windowed, but the minimum fps were always the same (bad).
while running the benchmark myself and watching the uper right corner fps display of the benchmark, i never saw it drop so low. i have a rx 5700 xt myself and the lowest i could see was~ 59 fps.
something fishy might go on here?
in my test rx 5700 xt was slightly better than a 2060 super.
i hope amd will look into this and maybe push out a hotfix driver?
