Audio problems

Hi everyone,

since few weeks I'm facing a bad behaviour from my (7 yrs old) pc.

I've noticed that If I have several programs running (ie firefox, torrent, outlook etc) when I open a video or a I try to play a song (with VLC, media player or via internet streaming etc) I get strong audio glitches and cracklings.

I tried to check if I should update the audio drivers (using Windows Update) but it seems that I have already the latest versions.

Here are my pc specs: processor AMD FX-670K QuadCore, Videogrph AMD R7 200 series, 16 gb RAM.

The audio drivers: AMD High Definition Audio Device ver. 10.0.1.18 - 16.10.2020

AMD Streaming Audio Device ve. 1.0.0.3 - 21-03-2021


Do you have any idea about this matter? It's strange because I've never had this problem before.

try to run windows troubleshooting audio section or try to disable audio effects in settings

choose playing audio to it diagnosis problem and try to solve it .choose playing audio to it diagnosis problem and try to solve it .
