Is there any way to install Windows10 x64 (1903) on a machine with the following GPU?:

 - ATI Radeon HD 4850

You can/maybe install Win10, but you will have to use the basic graphics driver furnished by Microsoft. No drivers from AMD.

That means poor perfs, even for simple desktop use, and low res, right?

No way to get 2560x1440?

Windows Update Catalog site. There is driver for HD4850*2/ Microsoft Windows 10 and later...
