I have an old laptop HP Dv6 pavillion 3140SL with i5 - 460M  processor and two video cards: Intel HD and ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 5650.

Driver for HD 5650 are 15.201.1151.1008

After upgrade to windows 10 1903, I start to have problem when I use the HD 5650 card. For example, with WORD or EXCEL when I open it the windows, the windows is full black: I 'm able to see the mouse pointer and when I move it, in the windows the mouse pinter change aspect (from arrow to small hand), like everything under the black windows is running. Problem is only to see.

I tried to read lot of post but until now i didnt find a solution.

I have to thanks you for the reply, but I already try this, with not good news.

I hope AMD will make some change on driver...... Yes, my video card is old, but it still work fine for my necessity.

You need to have the latest Intel graphics....go to Intel Support and use their 'Driver Update Utility' to scan your laptop for update. I am afraid the processor/graphics from Intel doesn't support Win10...but see what Intel has to say.
