When you connect the latest AMD Software drivers and any other ones, artifacts appear on the monitor. If the driver is disabled, then everything is fine. Video: https://skr.sh/v6pbLO1t7c6

What could be the problem? The video card is new.

artefacts is usualy due to temperatures to high on vram or too much overclocking on it, or faulty vram , i don't see other cause ... try to underclock to see if it change anything , ... if every setting are on default and card do artefacts , maybe you will have to give it back ... if somebody have another advice ...
