Artifacts on windows - software (driver) issue

When I installed latest Crimson drivers 19.2.2. I noticed that occasionally I get artifacts on windows like black, blue or grey areas, depending on circumstances, covering menus, text etc. like there is lack of refresh of windows or something and if I use Ctrl+A or mouse cursor I expose content on covered ares like text on screen and similar.

I provided attachment with examples.

Graphic card - RX580 (Sapphire Nitro+) not overclocked

OS - Windows 10 64bit 1803

Frst pic, what's wrong ?, 2nd pic looks like you accidently clicked mouse moving over the window.

I dont have the first app., and could not get the second to reproduce without clicking/dragging mouse.

Firstly, it's Sapphire Pulse, not Nitro+ I wrote incorrectly, not that it matters for this issue but still...

Back on topic, you don't se nothing wrong and what is missing?

Where is File, Edit etc. on menus? It's covered with grey colour.

Second picture, I just run installer and all is messed with blue colour of progress bar.

It's like there is slow refresh of screen or something like it happens with slow computers.
