I am thinking of buying a RX 590 or maybe a RX 5700 XT but I have read some posts about crashes or rocm not being able to detect these gpus... Can I use them for deep learning with rocm 3.8 for instance? (I am currently doing that with my old Radeon Pro WX 4150).
