how can i fix this

You need to find folder that AMDRSServ.exe uses for instant replay and clean it up manually or use another folder

As the popup says, run Chkdsk (check disk). You can find tutorials on the web.

I have runed the Chkdsk many times its says Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
No further action is required. I havent find any tutorials on the web.

Have you tried DDU to uninstall drivers and then reinstall the software/driver pkg.

You may have some leftover older driver file ?

Then please read 'STICKY' and supply 'Info required.................'

No point in offering any other suggestions without that.
