AMD VSR isn't working. HELP!

Hello! I have RX 580 8GB and 1080p 40 inch Samsung TV that I use as a monitor. Before i had 1360x786 tv and everything was fine, VSR worked. But now even if I have it enabled in the AMD Software I can´t use any higher resolution then my native, there is just no other option higher then it. Can someone help me please ?

I have the same problem with my RX 5700 XT!  Did you get any help? Mine hasn't worked for just over a year.  I keep hoping it will come back with the latest driver update but it hasn't yet.
