Hi,

I purchased a desktop computer with an AMD processor 8 months ago. Unfortunately, I'm having USB Connectivity issues since the first day. I read all discussions and tried everything including the BIOS update which claims the bug fix. However, this issue is still not fixed. My USB devices disconnect randomly and basically, they are unusable. This happens with all devices (mouse, keyboard, wireless adapter, etc.).

My Desktop:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X MPK 3.7GHz-4.6GHz
Gigabyte B450M S2H AMD B450
XFX Speedster SWFT 309 AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT

If you purchased it prebuilt, take it back and complain..

Ask them to fix it..
