Hello everyone,
I am new to the AMD Community Forum and I am posting on the Drivers and Software Forum for the first time. I recently attempted to install AMD StoreMI version 2.1.0.218 on my AMD desktop with an X570 chipset but I have not been able to successfully get the software to work with Windows 11 22H2. The OS crashes every time I attempt to boot into Windows and I received the error BAD_POOL_CALL before being having to restore Windows. At this point in time, I cannot use AMD StoreMI on Windows 11 22H2 and I will no longer be able to use the functionality until there is a fix for the issue. If there is anyway that this can be resolved, please let me know so that I may pass along the information to others.
