I downloaded the latest version of it from amd.com
after installing it and rebooting it no longer launches.
I tried uninstalling it through Windows and reinstalling it.
if I navigate to the folder it created and run setup it does not fix it.
if I go to the bin64 folder under that and run setup I get an error incompatible build. but the software worked since it came with my computer

I got it to work. run amd clean up util. then reboot. then run the installer.
now amd even shows my version in amd software adrenalin.

any ideas on what I can do to try and fix it?
Does it open from the start menu entry, or the Alt+r hotkey?
no to alt r. search amd in start menu just shows and bug report tool.
I'm pretty sure the file gmdb.blb is the culprit, and I think all you can do is wait for AMD to fix their drivers.
