AMD Ryzen Master says driver not installed properly

Hi i am using a ryzen 3 1300x CPU and a gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard. I installed the newest version of AMD Ryzen Master but for some reason when i try open it it says driver not installed propoerly. When i first built my PC (which was last christmas) i had AMD Ryzen master and it worked. I want to try overclock my CPU. I tried it in my bios too but it says EZ OC not supported. Is there a way to solve it? Thank You!

I have the same issue as well with a 1600x on a x470 gigabyte motherboard ? Is the RMaster not working with latest chipset drivers ?

How to fix this please?

Uninstall the present Ryzen master and reinstalling the newer version https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master

make sure of using the latest windows build 1809.

please refer to the user guide section 7.5, page 33 https://download.amd.com/documents/AMD-Ryzen-Processor-and-AMD-Ryzen-Master-Overclocking-Users-Guide...

"Recovering from Uninstall/Install issues If an existing Ryzen Master version fails to uninstall properly or fails to upgrade properly when a new version is being installed, use the Microsoft install/uninstall troubleshooter to clean up the Ryzen Master elements so that Ryzen Master can be cleanly installed."

See Microsoft application installation troubleshooter: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed...

No success, and will have to ask again for a solution since for a long while I have ignored the fact Ryzen Master isn't working, the issue still occurs, even after executing the uninstall/reinstall, refreshing the drivers (removing all traces and reinstalling them both from AMD and from the Gigabyte), also tweaking registries, Ryzen Master still complains about the driver.

I would like to know if there is a need to match windows version with the mainboard/chipset drivers and ryzen master.
I recently updated to Windows 10 build 1909, with latest x470 official drivers from AMD and latest version of Ryzen Master.
