amd ryzen master is prohibited from installation on this system

I have ryzen 3 2200g i have been thinking of over clocking but everytime i try to downlaod AMD RYZEN MASTER a message comes up and says  amd ryzen master is prohibited from installation on this system no matter the version i downlaod this message always come up.

What motherboard do you have?  One of the requirements for Ryzen Master is "AMD Ryzen Threadripper or AMD Ryzen processor on a motherboard that supports overclocking."  I'm not an expert on this, but you might be able to overclock the 2200g, but it would have to be in an overclockable motherboard.
