A fresh clean Windows 11 install & AMD chipset drivers are installed too why is this thing is such a pain to get it working probably?, This is not the first time I have had this issue many times before it's more like 50/50.

Fixed it on my own !

> Go to Regedit

> Go to > Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\AMDRyzenMasterDriver

Double click > Image Path C:\Program Files\AMD\Performance Profile Client\AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys

Delete the "\??\" so it should be like this C:\Program Files\AMD\Performance Profile Client\AMDRyzenMasterDriver.sys

Then Restart
