I recently bought a new AMD Ryzen 7 2700. My PC is running very slow, in my first try installed W10 with all drivers. Update BIOS, chipset, GPU and audio and the problems did not solved. In my second try installed UBUNTU and was the same.
My mobo is asus a320m-k .

I found some solutions but i could not fix the problem. One of those solutions says that i have to install Ryzen Master and set the powe setting to balance but did not work.
I do not what to do. Pls, could some help me? Sorry for my english
