AMD Ryzen 5 without HDMI output

HI all.

I have an issue with my Asus X570zd with AMD Ryzen 5 with Radeon Vega 8 mobile 2500U as iGPU and Nvidia GTX 1050 as dGPU. Since the latests updates in this year, the drivers have been failing in to detect the secondary monitor from HDMI port. In Windows, I had to revert to the default driver, which came with the laptop by default, exactly the version 23.20.826.2816, a very old driver, which disables the Radeon Software Utility. In openSUSE, the effort to get the iGPU/dGPU working together is good, the OS recognizes both cards, but here I have also the issue about the HDMI output.

Is it me the only one with this issue?

Good, I had to say: if I update the driver/software in Windows, the HDMI port gets unrecognizable, forcing to me to let the version 23.20.826.2816
