I was using my laptop like normal this morning, just browsing Discord, when all of the sudden everything froze for a few seconds. When it unfroze, the monitor zoomed in a ton and set the brightness to maximum. I managed to fix the zoom by going into my settings and turning it down manually, but for whatever reason it seems like the brightness settings have completely vanished! Using the brightness buttons on my keyboard doesn't work either. I used Malware bytes to search for malware I may have picked up, but it found nothing. Restarting the computer didn't work. Since there doesn't appear to be any malware, I'm assuming it is a drivers issue, but I'm not even sure how to check on that or which driver to update if it needs to be updated. Anyone know what's going on?
