AMD ReLive won't record, but it can take screenshots fine. I can bring up the overlay- everything else is working fine.

When i press CTRL+SHIFT+E it takes a screenshot- but when i press CTRL+SHIFT+R nothing happens. No notifications, nothing created in my Videos Folder.

Some information is not listed since i have no idea.

That's because your R7 240 does not have the necessary hardware inside to support ReLive encoding, so you can take screenshots only I'm afraid.
