AMD ReLive Stream distorted after message "insufficient bandwidth"

  • AMD Graphics Card
    • AMD RX 570
  • Desktop
  • Operating System
    • Windows 7 64 Bit
  • Driver version installed
    • Adrenalin 2019 19.6.1
  • CPU/APU
    • i5 4570 3,20GHz
  • RAM
    • 4096 MB

 

Describe your issue:

  • About 10 seconds after I start streaming, the problem arises: I get the notification of insufficient bandwidth in the top right corner and when I check the recordings of my stream, at that point my stream starts getting distorted and after a while stops completely. Example:Twitch 
  • Graphic settings are all low except a few to maximize fps. Resolution is 1680x1050

It is pretty sad that I do not get any support for the product I purchased. Will be the last time I buy an AMD graphic card.

I confirm. Relive cannot stably pass a stream above 10-11 mb / s. And this is not due to an internet connection problem.
There are no problems on the OBS when setting the bitrate higher. This problem is and remains now! There is also a problem with slowing down the overlay itself, it either does not respond to opening hot keys at all, or opens belatedly.

 

My video card sapphire rx 5700 xt pulse.
