Hi there,
The latest AMD RAID drivers v9.03.00.206 for chipset X570 available from the official website don't seem to work anymore on Microsoft Windows 10 October 2020 Update, downloadable from Microsoft official website.
The RAID array can be created in the BIOS though AMD RaidXpert2 just fine, but upon a fresh install of Windows, loading the drivers rcbottom, rcraid, and rccfg doesn't result in the virtual disk being exposed to windows. In fact, nothing changes and Windows only sees the individual disks that make up the array. I've followed the official guide available here.
I've tested RAID-0 and RAID-1 and problem persists.
Is this a known limitation? Is there a different version of Windows I should be using instead?
Thanks in advance
have the same issue
but in the windows then i can create raid, but they are not bootable...
the best way is...
add new sata SSD
install windows there
install raid drivers and intialsie the RAID array
after everything works, clone sata SSD to RAID (i use macrieum reflect)
Disconnect sata SSD..
and check..
