A couple of days ago I tried to open the AMD Radeon Software, but it won't launch through the window bar nor left-clicking > AMD Radeon Software (which I usually do). I tried reinstalling 3 times but it didn't even work and still can't open it. Can anyone help me with this issue?

My Processor and Display  :

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 

AMD RX 580 Series

Found a solution for my system:

1) Check your AMD folder on C:\AMD, delete older version or any other version than the one you installed last.

2) On starting the Radeon Software, to get rid of the stuck transparent window, open Task Manager, End Process on "cncmd.exe".

3) Right click tray icon and software should now open.

Also suggesting for better functionality of the software (response time) to shut down all Performance Metrics, Monitoring Links, Trackers, Recorders.
