I read on videocardz AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 23.1.2 (RX 7900) BETA . This driver isnt on official driver page, not mentionned  , is this reliable ?

I received email from AMD titled "AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition™ 23.1.2 for AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 Series Graphics and Forspoken™ has been released for Windows®"

I received this email too. After upgrading, AMD Adrenalin completely refused to open, no matter what I tried.  I had to uninstall and reinstall 23.1.1 to be able to open the app again.
