So recently I installed my Powercolor 5700, and my Artist 15.6 just started displaying static when I tried to plug it in. I was digging around online, and found that some people had solved the issue by disabling a couple of things in Radeon Settings. Problem is when I go to check said settings, the program opens in task manager, but there's nothing for me to interact with. Need help solving this.
