AMD Radeon Driver causes weird icons in Windows 10

Hello,

When I switched my Nvidia GPU to AMD Rx 480 4gb and installed the Radeon Software and Drivers it causes weird icons in Windows 10 Universal Apps and Settings:

When I switch back to Nvidia GPU and install Nvidia Drivers this issue is resolved so it means the Problem is with the AMD Drivers. I have reinstalled AMD Drivers many Times but of no use. My Driver version is 21.3.1.

Plz Help.

Did you use DDU before switching GPUs to clean every leftover from the nvidia drivers?

If you didn't, then do so and check to see if your issue is fixed.

Since you already switched GPUs, if you didn't use DDU to clean your drivers prior, then I suggest that you select both Nvidia and AMD in DDU now to clean. Remember to do that in Windows safe mode.
