Amd R9 390 Problem with after new WDDM 2.7 Driver Update

We need Support On R9 390 after new driver update WDDM 2.7 the fps down and  slow performance previous version 20.4.2 WDDM 2.6 is good performance but have many issues please fix and  support us in newly driver version 20.9.1 is not give god performance as we see on 20.4.2 please fix with

Gpu : AMD R9 390 8GB

Processor : Intel Core i5 6600K

RAM : RAM 8GB

Motherboard :Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3 DDR4

PSU : 750w

Have you tried the updated driver provided by AMD? Have you tried to safely remove the old one before the driver update with this? https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601
