AMD R9 200 Series Driver

I was looking for a driver for my GPU, the R9 200 Series 4GB, however, I would not be able to find a driver that was not on a 3rd party website, there was none on the official website. Does anyone know where I could find one?

All R9-2xx Series GPU cards are not supported with AMD Driver updates. The last one is from 06/2022.

Go here to AMD Download page and select which R9 2xx GPU card your have. But most likely it is the same driver for all the R9 200 series GPU cards: https://www.amd.com/en/support

What is showing in Device Manager is not the exact Model but the "SERIES" of GPU Models.

Just pick one of the higher number R9 200 series GPU drivers. They should all be the same driver.

If you want to find out the exact GPU card you have installed run GPU-Z and at the upper top right corner click on "LOOKUP". That should lead you to a TechPowerUp website showing the GPU card you have installed.

Hello, I'm not the original poster but I'm having an issue with my R9 200 series card related to this.

I select the correct driver from the list and it has me download "radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-22.6.1-win10-win11-64bit-legacyasics-june23-2022-legacy" but when I try to run it, it says my hardware is incompatible.

I saw a post from someone who had a similar issue in 2021 who it seems used the auto-detect tool to install the correct version but there is no auto-detect tool available anywhere that I can see. Just instructions for installation and directions to go to the support page to download it but it's not actually there.

I also tried downloading the latest catalyst installer to see if that qualifies as auto-detect but that just installed the chipset drivers.

EDIT: Nevermind, figured it out with the help of reddit. Downloaded the first driver listed named "Radeon Software Adrenalin 21.5.2 Driver for Windows® 10 64-bit for Non-Legacy AMD Radeon Graphics"  on this page https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-21-5-2 and it works now.
