23.7.1 drivers, W11 Pro, Ryzen 5 3600 + RX 6700XT + B450 MSI Tomahawk

In the Noise Suppression settings I cannot select my GPU for Noise Suppression, only my CPU is listed.

In my friend's system (3700X / B550 Motherboard / RX 6900XT) it allows him to switch between his 3700X and 6900XT.

I had to uninstall my drivers fully, and then reinstall them. Avoid the Windows Update drivers.

GPU is not listed in Processor Selection menu
