Whenever I try to update my driver from 15.3, it 'updates' Catalyse software instead of the driver. Every time. So it makes it so I cannot update the driver to a current version. Is there any fix for this?
I really don't see how that would help considering it's not a graphical or performance bug but whatever here ya go.

Made a mistake on the driver. 15.3, will edit above. When I try to update from Radeon settings it just updates Catalyst instead. The program, not the driver through Catalyst. Just Catalyst. My driver remains not updated. This happens every time.
It would be helpful to know exactly what HD6900 series graphics card you have...but it doesn't matter since they are all Legacy.
Find the correct/latest driver here..AMD Drivers and Support for Radeon, Radeon Pro, FirePro, APU, CPU, Ryzen, desktops, laptops

Then clean install the driver: Clean Install AMD Graphics Drivers
