AMD Horrible drivers

Hello, I bought RX5500 XT and installed official latest WHQL drivers, but games were freezing horribly, and sometimes I had the "white noise" effect on my screen. I brought it back to shop thinking that the video card is broken. A month later I bought RX5600 XT, and all the same stuff happened again. I reinstalled the driver from official to some "iObit Driver Booster" driver, and games are working much-much better, but now I cant turn freesync on and i cant use driver app.
Is that really driver problems and is there any way I can fix it?

Video Card:MSI Radeon RX 5600 XT GAMING X (GIGABYTE RX 5500 XT Windforce is the one before)
The last driver I tried to install: Adrenalin 2020 Edition 20.11.2 Recommended (WHQL) (There were few older ones)
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 1809 (Tried latest windows 10 home, didn't help)
Monitor: Samsung S24F356FH FullHD, 75Hz, Freesync Ultimate, connected via HDMI
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4-F
RAM: Patriot VIPER Steel 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000
PSU: Cooler Master MWE WHITE 700 230V (Tried with 5500XT)

well 20.12.1 gave me #1 in FireStrike for my Laptop with that HW-Combo

so i guess its either a faulty driver install or you have other apps running that interfere with the driver or game
or your game isnt optimized for the new driver etc

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

1. Try this:
https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/amd-driver-fix-and-install-using-ddu/m-p/426238#M13454...

2. Those MSI cards have VBIOS to allow them to run faster Memory Speeds that were flashed after shipping correct?
You might want to check which VBIOS is on the card you have.
Flash it back to original slower memory speed.

Good luck.

I had the same problem with my previous video card: GIGABYTE RX 5500 XT

So what are you telling me?
Did you check which version of VBIOS is on the card?
Which one are you running?
What is the memory clock?
Did you try to flash the VBIOS to slower memory clock with or can you downclock the VRAM on your GPU to run at the original speed?

It is very possible your card VRAM cannot run at the higher clock speed and therefore you are seeing visual corruption.
MSI also have a proven track record of fitting too small thermal pads on VRAM of AMD GPUs on the original RX5700XT versions.
They might have done it again.

If you go here: https://us.msi.com/Graphics-Card/support/Radeon-RX-5600-XT-GAMING#down-driver&Win10%2064
You will see there is a MSI Live Update 6 utility that is used to check / install latest VBIOS to allow fastest memory speed on the GPU.

You may want to check your card and downgrade the memory to run slower.
