Hello everyone,
I am a laptop user, my laptop brand and models are Acer Aspire E1-572G.
I was using win 7 and I decided to switch to 10 yesterday. So when I upgraded my pc, I tried to upgrade to latest AMD drivers for my Graphics Card in order to play videogames etc. When I did, my pc freeze and after a few restarts it came back but drivers were gone. I tried many solutions on internet, and I am still trying sleepless, tired. So to guide whoever going to help me, I will write some info about what I've tried in this 24 hour period.
I did it!!!! After numerous hours of trying, It seems I finally solved the problem. Now I will go step by step, to guide you guys to victory against all odds.
1st step - You should have a clean boot. For this, you need to execute Run (windows+ r) and type msconfig.
when you got msconfig on your screen, you should go to the startup, select open task manager if available, then disable ALL. I mean ALL apps. then, go back to the msconfig, find services, click Hide all Microsoft services beneath the services, then press disable all. By this, you are disabling intel drivers etc. And I think this unblocks something prevents AMD software. Then reboot. Download your latest driver and upgrade. This worked for me.
Hi, mate, I have a problem similar to your problem, my graphics is 8750, but in my system writes 8600/8700 and when I want to turn off the system, I bring the blue page, all the drivers have been updated, but the problem was not solved.
