Radeon software don't stop crashing on my pc

my screen turns black while im playing any game, i try a lot of things to fix it but anyone can help me, i instal latests drivers and it doens´'t help, install past versions and happen again, try to re-install windows and it doesn't work, try to do a clean windows start and it's always the same, i can´'t do anything.

I hope you could help me to fix my pc 

My power suply it's an EVGA 650w

Ryzen 7 3700x

AMD Radeon 5600XT TUF GAMING

Motherboard ASUS TUF B550M PLUS WIFI 

16GB RAM DDR4

Hi,
What does the Event manager says?
Start > just type event > click on Event manager > expand Windows logs > first check Program events corresponding to to the time when this happens and then expand System logs and do the same. Look for red or yellow markings.

For example if System event it says that that amdkmdag or similar stopped responding or time out etc.
It could be helpful in trouble shooting the problem.

Also what Bios version are You running?

Make sure that it is Your motherboard.

Have You installed Amd chipset?
It is very important after Windows installation that the chipset driver installation is also made and also that Amds special Ryzen powerplan is activated, it controls the effect distribution among other things for the PCIE and CPU.
Check that Ryzen power plan is activated.

That's the only thing that appears on events, and i have my energy plan on ryzen balanced
