I used the Ultimate engine (48-72hz) - the screen flickers a lot, in YouTube videos/games. Ultimate engine (48-60hz) is better, but in games there are still flickers. Standard engine (58-72hz) flickering is almost the same as on the Ultimate engine. 58-60hz doesn't even make sense to check, since Freesync doesn't work in this range. What should I do in this case???

It's the monitor. Believe me, no amount of tinkering nor any combination of settings will fix it. Don't waste your time like I did.
