AMD External Events Utility Problem!!

I have an RX 5700 R5 3600 system, if I play any game in full screen mode, if the AMD External Events Utility service is turned on, the game gets stuck momentarily when I adjust the volume from the multimedia keys (fn + volume up-down) of the keyboard, there is no problem with the windowed full screen. Please fix this issue with update, it annoys me a lot.

The AMD driver does not offer FreeSync separately for borderless and fullscreen modes. As soon as you press a hotkey, the AMD driver is continuing to apply FreeSync feature, and the game stutters. The AMD driver using the service you mentioned activates the FreeSync feature for borderless mode. So there is no problem with the service. FreeSync feature is also fine. The problem is the missing setting.
