Hello! I got installation fail of AMD Chipset.

I tried to install also previous versions, but it did not helped.

My current version of chipset driver is 2.10.26.336.

My PC setup: 

MSI X570 Gaming Plus

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

MSI Radeon RX 5800 XT

32gb of RAM.

download Microsoft Install/Uninstall App from here: Microsoft Install/Uninstall Tool 

Run it and uninstall all Non-Graphics AMD Drivers then Delete the previous AMD CHIPSET Folder at C:\AMD.

Now see if your Chipset installs successfully or not.

How I can share installation log with you?

Did not worked maybe there is some other options that may help?

Yes look in the Chip Set installation log and see what error is showing for it to have failed.

Or copy and paste the part that shows the error.

NOTE: Just to verify this is where you are downloading the AMD Chip set package from correct: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570

Also which version of Windows are you using?

EDIT: Make sure your Windows version is fully updated via Windows Update.

I have this issue as well.  I get a message indicating it won't install on a non-AMD system.  This computer has an AMD Ryzen 9 4900H CPU and I never, ever got this issue before today.

Tell us, why are we not testing these releases before they go into the wild???
